Welcome to the NLLB Mental Health Area

I can’t make this, and truly don’t want to make this, the end all area for any kind of Mental Health solutions. I am not qualified to do so, and don’t want to even attempt to make that claim. I do however want to make an attempt to put up some resources that can be helpful to anyone, in any circumstance. If you are here, I hope we here can help you out in any way, and if there is something not on here, that you think should be, or is a helpful resource, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us and let us know!!

The National Institute of Mental Health is a great resource for many many things mental health wise. It will likely be mentioned a lot on the page in several places, but it’s worth just placing it here on its own for anyone who wants to take a browse around their website.

Our Mental Health Tracking Cards can be a cute and fun way of keeping track of your daily general mental health. They can be obtained for free from our weekly Activities Packs, by emailing us and asking for a printable file, or if you wish to support us they can be bought from us and shipped to you as well. Links will be provided in the future, but for now emailing us works perfectly fine.
